Lifetime Hat Care Policy
Morreton is proud to offer lifetime care for our hats. To qualify for this service, customers must retain the original purchase invoice.
To request hat care or repair, please include:
- A copy of the original purchase invoice
- A check for $15 to cover return shipping
- The hat requiring service
- Your full name, return address, phone number, and email address

After we receive and inspect your hat, our team will perform the appropriate repair or care service and ship it back to you.
Customers are responsible for safely packaging the hat and paying the cost of shipping it to Morreton. The $15 payment covers shipping the repaired hat back to the customer.
Lifetime care is available only with a valid copy of the original purchase invoice. Repair eligibility depends on the condition of the hat and whether it can be reasonably restored.
